5. Payment Terms and Refund Policy

Consultation fees are payable in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and must be received before your scheduled consultation. We accept standard payment methods and provide secure transaction processing.

5.2 Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our consultation services, refunds are generally not available once a consultation has been completed. However, we may offer refunds in the following circumstances:

• Consultation cannot be scheduled within 30 days due to our unavailability

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you retain access to any consultation materials already provided, but are not entitled to additional services. Your obligations regarding confidentiality and appropriate use of recommendations continue after termination.

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate consultations if we believe the service is not appropriate for your health status or if you fail to comply with these terms.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with Hungarian law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through the Hungarian court system, with jurisdiction in the appropriate Hungarian courts.

Before pursuing formal legal action, parties agree to attempt resolution through direct communication and, if necessary, mediation under Hungarian alternative dispute resolution procedures.
